Sparring Seminar - Saturday February 20th

Great seminar!  We worked on timing and a lot on distance.  There was just under 20 people here working out.  Coaches present were Grandmaster Keller, Seniormaster Krison, and Jr. Master Brunke. 

Sparring Seminar

Tomorrow morning's Sparring Seminar will be at the Eagle River Dojang from 9am-11am.  It's for all current Jay's Taekwondo students.  There is no cost for the seminar.  The seminar will focus on timing drills and techniques.
